  • £250,000 annual and recurring savings for a company via utility assessments, using data cleansing to drive down the £/kWh

  • Complete DCF modelling (before installation) of an entire “behind the meter” investment in 80kWp solar with a 20x 7kW ACEV charger suite, whilst avoiding costly DNO charges due to careful peak kVA/ASC modelling

  • Acquiring a 1mVA new grid connection for £100,000 (market price approx. £250,000) to power 4x 280 kW DC rapid chargers, whilst “future proofing” the installation for more power charger capacities (increasing initially installed cable sizes and fuseboard “spareways”)

Utility Assessments
We review gas, electricity and water to save material costs by renegotiating utility prices and cutting unnecessary expenditures (capping meters, water rebanding, voltage optimisation and more)

New Asset Valuation and Due Diligence Reports
We are often tasked to review recent renewable acquisitions both for financial value and also to assess the state of existing installations

Solar PV + Battery (BESS) Modelling
We provide 3D + financial modelling based on a client’s Half Hour (HH) kWh usage data via our bespoke financial models to maximise the investment returns - not simply based on the number of panels on a given roof

FP&A Support
We work with our client’s in-house teams to re-model / re-shape data alongside the finance teams’ understanding of their electrical assets

EPC Enhancement
We work with our trusted EPC collaborators to re-assess and maximise an asset’s EPC, and therefore liquidity, in the frustratingly subjective world of EPC assessments

DNO Liaison
We review existing Assured Supply Capacities (ASCs) and provide modelling options for increasing or reducing current incoming supplies

Custom Financial Modelling
We combine our electrical and financial knowledge to model real-world outcomes, and mostly to mitigate unnecessary CAPEX

Drone Surveys
We provide a DJI Mavic 3T Thermal Imaging Drone Survey service with thermal mapping for buildings, electrical, solar and infrastructure inspections.
