Instead of merely "consulting", we offer complete in-house turnkey solutions for both commercial and residential installations. “Renewable Consulting” is a key element of our service offering due to extensive past experience in finance (KPMG [PE Advisory] / JP Morgan [IB] / Blackstone [Real Estate]). We physically sweat, yet still provide our clients with bespoke in-house investment grade financial modelling.
British Military Standard Service
We are unfashionable in that we do the basics well. We turn up on time. We do what we say we will do. We inform our clients of any deviation and the reasoning behind it. Finally, we clean up after ourselves. We are not 9 to 5.

Earthrise Energy possesses international ambition. We have already advised on projects in both Africa and the Middle East, collaborating with a number of supranational organisations and in-country colleagues to provide localised grid energy systems.
About Our Founder
Charlie began his career as an Arabist by training, having studied Arabic and Persian in London, Egypt and across the Middle East before embarking upon a ten-year post as a British Army Officer (Irish Guards and Household Cavalry), conducting intelligence-led reconnaissance operations in Taliban-held areas of Afghanistan, amongst other roles.
On leaving the Army, Charlie gained extensive finance experience as a Metals and Mining investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan and subsequently a Private Equity manager at KPMG. It was during this time that he became an ACA-qualified Accountant and Manager, completing 13 of the total 14 accountancy exams in 10 months.
However, after five years on the office floor, Charlie decided he needed to pursue a more active working life - one that would use both his brain and his brawn! This led him to re-train as a NAPIT-certified Commercial Electrician with a desire to bring commercial evaluation together with physical integration.
And so, Earthrise Energy was born.
Each stage of Charlie’s career thus far has contributed to a unique set of skills, enabling him to develop Earthrise Energy’s ability to provide in-house, turnkey solutions to a wide range of projects - both large and small-scale; commercial and domestic.
Charlie now leads on all projects, personally delivering installations and evaluations alongside our team of specialists.
